Our CPMS (Complete Property Management Solution) package covers every aspect of managing your rental properties. PR Group will perform the following services:

Property Management Services:

  • Leasing services (listing, advertising, tenant screening and contracts).
  • Property evaluation.
  • Collecting monthly rents.
  • Paying owner’s monthly mortgage payment (if needed)
  • Paying owner’s property taxes, insurance or other payments as instructed (if needed)
  • Handling requests for repairs and maintenance.
  • Arranging and making payment for required repairs or maintenance work.
  • Paying to owner or depositing to owner’s account amounts received in excess of disbursements.
  • Providing owner will itemized and computerized quarterly reports and yearly accounting statements.
  • Periodic inspections of property during lease in order to ensure proper maintenance.
  • Arranging tenant notices and evictions when necessary.
  • Performing final inspections and closing statement, upon tenants vacating the property.

Cost: There is a one time set up fee of $350.00 for vacant properties and $250.00 for occupied properties. An on-going fee of 10% of the collected rent is charged per month (even when the property is vacant). There is a vacancy fee of $150.00 dollars when a property is re-rented after a vacancy.
